While the Kentucky 15 Club is not a nonprofit it is a mission-focused organization that strives to meet similar standards. We work to keep our expenses in line with what is an acceptable standard for a nonprofit organization. 100% of the net proceeds directly benefit Kentucky student-athletes.

Kentucky student-athletes are paid to promote the Kentucky 15 Club through their social media, to make public appearances that create fan experiences for Kentucky 15 Club members, sign memorabilia that is used as giveaways to members, and to volunteer with local nonprofits to assist in the advancement of their missions and benefit the community as a whole. They are not being paid to play sports at the university level.

Pay for play is still against the NCAA rules. Coaches, administrators, and universities are not allowed to support NIL collectives.

No, the Internal Revenue Service has ruled that collectives supporting Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) are not eligible to be nonprofit organizations. Collectives like the Kentucky 15 Club are membership organizations that offer sponsorship and fan experience opportunities.

Possibly, 500 Strong is an exclusive sponsorship and networking opportunity available to University of Kentucky Football supporters through the Kentucky 15 Club. Your support offers your business marketing benefits as a sponsor of all Kentucky 15 Club events, & two high-level networking events that will put you and your business in close contact with other like-minded Kentucky alumni and fans.
